Introduction: Composite steel plate refers to a steel plate composed of a single or a variety of steel above the steel through explosion, rolling or explosive rolling and other processes, the stainless steel plate and ordinary steel plate (carbon structural steel, low alloy high strength structural steel, high-quality carbon structural steel, etc.). It has the characteristics of two different types of steel at the same time, both the corrosion resistance of stainless steel, and the advantages of ordinary steel, such as low price and good stiffness. The composite steel plate is to protect the ordinary steel plate from corrosion, which can be covered with a protective “coat” on the surface of the steel plate by electroplating, adhesive and spraying methods to form a composite steel plate.

Types: There are many types of composite steel plates, which can be divided into two categories according to their combination types, namely metal composite steel plates and non-metal composite steel plates.
Metal composite steel plate is the surface of the steel plate composite with other metal cladding, such as stainless steel composite plate, titanium composite steel plate, copper composite steel plate and aluminum composite steel plate.
Non-metallic composite steel plate is made of base steel plate and viscoelastic resin with excellent vibration damping performance, such as lightweight composite steel plate and vibration damping composite steel plate.
Stainless steel composite steel plate and titanium composite steel plate are used to make a variety of storage tanks, pressure vessels, seawater desalination equipment, etc., as a substitute for rare metal titanium and stainless steel, they have been widely used in chemical industry, atomic energy, Marine development and other fields requiring corrosion resistance.
Pattern steel is the original form of composite steel, is a single steel body, does not have alloy composition, is through the semi-melting form, the use of folding, hot forging or hot rolling, cold rolling, shape processing forming process, control the internal density of the material and the amount of carbon at the junction, to achieve the fusion of crystals of different sizes of particles inside the steel. Due to the different internal density and carbon content, the chemical and mechanical properties of different levels are achieved, so as to form a composite test structure with internal performance differences.
Aluminum composite steel plate is used to make conductive brackets for electromagnetic cooking POTS and linear motors, which makes full use of the good thermal and conductive properties of aluminum and the ferromagnetic properties of steel;
Aluminum-steel composite plate is also a corrosion resistant refolding material required by household appliances, automotive industry and construction industry sectors;
The outer layer of the double-hardness armor plate used in the military industry is made of high-hardness steel, the inner side is made of low-hardness steel composite steel plate, the hard fabric is used to crush the steel core of the armor-piercing bullet, and the back fabric with good toughness is used to absorb the impact energy of the projectile without breaking, showing excellent comprehensive mechanical properties.
Lightweight composite steel plate and vibration damping steel plate have been widely used in automobile industry and aircraft manufacturing industry because of their high specific stiffness and vibration resistance.

Manufacturing method: Industrial scale manufacturing methods include casting compound method, explosive compound (see metal explosion processing) method, hot rolling compound method and cold rolling compound method, hot forging compound method, overlap forging compound method, welding compound method. The steel plate is divided into binding type and non-binding type according to the composite form. The binding type is to inject a layer of resin tens of microns to several millimeters thick between two layers of steel plates and roll it into laminated steel plates. The non-binding type is to paste a layer of viscoelastic material on the surface of the steel plate by rolling coating.

Applications: Used to make linear accelerator cavity, cyclotron cylinder, chemical container, high pressure wear-resistant pipe for hydropower station and other structural parts.
Composite steel plate: galvanized steel plate, plastic composite steel plate, etc., are composite steel plates. Changlin East fan, a large number of composite steel plates are used as raw materials for the production of fans, fire valves, mufflers and so on. It is widely used in fan, HVAC and other fields.
