Plate/Sheet-Cold rolled steel plate/sheet

Introduction: Cold-rolled sheet is a product made of hot-rolled coil rolled at room temperature and below the recrystallization temperature. Mostly used in automobile manufacturing, electrical products and so on. Cold rolling is rolling at recrystallization temperatures, but is generally understood as rolling using normal temperature rolled materials.

Application: Mainly used in construction, light industry, automobile, agriculture, animal husbandry, fishery and commercial industries. The construction industry is mainly used for the manufacture of anti-corrosion industrial and civil building roof panels, roof grilles, etc. The light industry uses it to manufacture household appliance shells, civil chimneys, kitchen utensils, etc., and the automotive industry is mainly used to manufacture corrosion-resistant parts of cars. Agriculture, animal husbandry and fisheries are mainly used as food storage and transportation, meat and aquatic products frozen processing equipment; Commercial mainly used as materials storage and transportation, packaging tools, etc.


Type:
(1) annealing and processing into ordinary cold rolling;
(2) Galvanized unit with pre-annealing treatment device processing galvanized;
(3) Basically do not need to process the panel.
Commonly used steel number CDCM-SPCC (SPCD, SPCE, ST12, ST13, ST14, BLC, BLD, BUSD, BUFD, BSUFD, etc.), but its performance is basically the same.

Common defect: 

Edge crack defect
The accumulation of large inclusions at the edge is one of the main causes of edge cracking. Due to the use of funnel mold in thin slab, the flow, heat transfer and liquid level fluctuation in the mold are more complex than in the traditional slab continuous casting. In the casting process, slag rolling is often caused. A part of slag rolling remains on the surface of the slab to form surface inclusion, and large inclusion particles are deposited on the edge of the slab, resulting in the enrichment of large oxide inclusion on the edge.
Iron oxide pressing defect
The incomplete primary oxide is pressed into the strip during the subsequent rolling process, resulting in surface defects of the strip. The key to the pressing defects of the secondary oxide sheet is that the secondary descaling water is not opened. The defect tracking results show that the pressing defects of the oxide sheet can be basically eliminated in the subsequent pickling and cold rolling process, and have no effect on the cold rolled sheet.
Surface defect
Black line defect on strip surface after pickling and before cold rolling. The surface defects of the cold rolled strip are mainly from the base defects of the hot rolled strip, mainly from the surface inclusion defects of the hot rolled plate, and the possibility of defects in the cold rolling production line is very small.
