Wire-Stainless steel wire
Introduction: Stainless steel wire, also known as stainless steel wire, is made of stainless steel as raw materials of all kinds of different specifications and models of silk products, the origin of the United States, the Netherlands, Japan, the cross-section is generally round or flat.
Process characteristics: the stress state of the metal wire drawing is the three-way principal stress state of the two-way compressive stress and the tensile stress. Compared with the principal stress state of the three-way compressive stress, the drawn metal wire is easier to reach the plastic deformation state. The deformation state of drawing is the three-way main deformation state of bidirectional compression deformation and tensile deformation, which is unfavorable to the plasticity of metal materials and easier to produce and expose surface defects. The pass deformation of metal wire drawing process is limited by its safety factor. If the pass deformation is small, the drawing pass is more, so multi-pass continuous high-speed drawing is often used in the production of metal wire.
Type:
Generally according to austenite, ferrite, two-way stainless steel and martensitic stainless steel, mainly divided into 2 series, 3 series, 4 series, 5 series and 6 series of stainless steel.
316 and 317 stainless steel (317 stainless steel properties see below) are molybdenum containing stainless steel. The molybdenum content of 317 stainless steel is slightly higher than that of 316 stainless steel. Due to the molybdenum in the steel, the overall performance of the steel is better than 310 and 304 stainless steel, under high temperature conditions, when the concentration of sulfuric acid is lower than 15% and higher than 85%, 316 stainless steel has a wide range of uses. 316 stainless steel also has good resistance to chloride erosion, so it is usually used in Marine environments.
Specifications:
3.1.1 Stainless steel flexible wire code: S,soft[commonly known as hydrogen annealing] : bright surface,soft, no magnetic, anti-fatigue, large extension force and other characteristics. Gauge: 0.03-5.0mm Material: 301, 302, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310, 310S, 321, etc.
3.1.2 Stainless steel light drawing wire LD,lightly drawn steel wire after heat treatment for drawing small reduced surface. The surface is bright, soft, anti-fatigue, and has a certain extension force. Gauge: 0.03-5.0mm Material: 301, 302, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310, 310S, 321, etc.
3.1.3 Stainless steel cold drawn wire code :WCD,cold drawn, smooth surface, good toughness, wear resistance gauge: 0.03-6.0mm Material: 302, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310, 310S, 321, etc.
In addition: stainless steel spring wire: high hardness, strong elasticity, good wear resistance and pressure resistance Gauge: 0.15-5.0mm Material: 302, 304H, 304L, 316, 316L, 310, 310S, 321 and so on.
Heat resistance: In the intermittent use below 1600 degrees and in the continuous use below 1700 degrees, 316 stainless steel has good oxidation resistance. In the range of 800-1575 degrees, it is best not to continuously act 316 stainless steel, but when 316 stainless steel is used continuously outside this temperature range, the stainless steel has good heat resistance. The resistance of 316L stainless steel to carbide precipitation is better than 316 stainless steel, which can be used in the above temperature range.
Corrosion resistance: 316 corrosion resistance is better than 304 stainless steel, in the pulp and paper production process has good corrosion resistance. And 316 stainless steel is also resistant to the erosion of the ocean and aggressive industrial atmosphere.
